Torque analyzers
and data collectors are state-of-the-art instruments for
measuring, monitoring and recording torque. Designed to
facilitate accurate torque testing before, during and after
assembly, these instruments provide solutions for most torque
auditing applications.
Digital torque
testers are perfect for testing and recalibrating torque
wrenches and torque screwdrivers. These rugged testers provide
maximum protection for the instrumentation and offer a
guaranteed percentage accuracy in the upper 90th percentile of the
capacity of the transducer. All models are equipped with a
memory feature capable of storing 1,000 readings.
This versatile,
single channel torque monitoring system is compatible with
most strain gauged torque or force transducers. The
micro-processor based system provides a simplified, user
friendly approach to torque measurement. Up to 4500 peak torque readings
are stored and analyzed to monitor power tool repeatability.
Socket torque
sensors are specifically designed for low cost, low
maintenance torque monitoring and calibration. Engineered for
measuring output torque of stall and clutch type nutrunners in
production fastening operations, the patented sensor
technology measures torque in both clockwise and
counter-clockwise directions.
